 - Would I work with a particular person who would be assigned to my 'account' or is it a team of persons? 

Rose Executive Assistant is  your main contacts and she  will assign work accordingly for different tasks 


 -How do I liaise with the person(s) and provide passwords such that they are safe? 

 We have a document that we send out once you're set up. We safely share passwords through a system called LastPass. We want your information to be as secure as possible 


 - Do we have an initial meeting to get things set up and is there a regular or periodic touch base meeting. 

 Rose does a touch base every Friday to determine what your needs are for the upcoming week. We will schedule an initial calls to make sure that we understand your goals and objective.
